I spent 4 hours at the hospital today getting 6 vials of blood drawn after drinking some bunk-ass Glu-Cola which was 75 mg of glucose in a 6 oz. serving of syrup. Um yeah. Not exactly what I had planned for today, but at least I got started on health issues like I had been wanting to.

I didn't make it into work; I came home and slept in Liora's bed for 2 hours after eating burboun chicken.

I do love me some Ms. Chicken.
