Well, here we are, post-2006. I didn't do any sort of year in review thing, although maybe I will at some point tonight while I am at work. I am mostly focused on my 2007 things, the biggest of which will be my RNY on 3/1/07. This is coming really really fast. I am realizing that more and more. Today I ordered some protein powder samples and different kinds of protein bars so I can figure out which ones I like.

On a sad note, Mister set his tail on fire Saturday while my parents were visiting. There were tea lights lit on the coffee table and Mister walked by and his tail fluff got singed and he was scared and we were trying to put him out and it was a funny family fire feline fiasco. He is fine though, and all that was really burnt was some of his fluff, not his tailbone or anything, so we were lucky.

My 2007 resolutions are to eat more fish, ok eat fish at all, keep my check book balanced and recognize that I don't really like French fries, so I don't always have to have them. Like, when I go to Wendy's, chili can be just as good of a side as fries. I am not finding I miss them so far. It has been about 2 weeks, so I'm not sure if I can count full success yet, but sometimes, it is a day by day thing.

A boy in a black cape just fluttered into the library. He is also wearing a pentacle necklace. He is kind of spooky.

I have three books out right now, and not a big desire to read any of them.
