Facing It

You know what? I used to think that I wanted to weigh 137, and that I would continue to work hard at getting down to that weight. I picked that weight only because it would mean a loss of 140 pounds, and because it seemed attainable.
For the past 6 months, my range has been between 153 and 157, and I am not really trying actively to lose more weight. I know the 20 pounds could come off if I tried; I just don't feel like it. I like the way I look and feel (most days) at this weight, and isn't weight really just a number? (Like age, said the newly 29 year old)
Is that ok?
